Do you have a tech-based or innovative idea, product, service, project, or process that needs a boost to get growing? We have 3 bursaries available for “Growing Your Idea” and 3 prizes for “Already Doing It!”

Grow Your Idea

We are seeking qualified candidates to Pitch your idea with 3 winners receiving a bursary for $3,000. You and your idea may be at any stage of development – idea, building, launch, or growth, but must be utilizing technology and/or innovation. The bursary would be used in consultation with our Regional Innvoation Network Technical Advisor to get you the expert advice and resources you need to take your idea to the next level. Your bursary could be used for skill training, coaching, technology, R&D costs, experts etc - but will be based upon a plan you set out with our Technical team.

Already Doing it

The massive pivot the world took in relation to technology and innovation was groundbreaking this past year. We want to celebrate those great initiatives found right here in our East Central Alberta Regional Innovation Network. This category will award 3 prizes of $500 to the best technology and innovation ideas from the past year – ideas that made a difference to your business and/or community.
