If thinking about mindfulness conjures up images of monks on a mountaintop and not a competitive advantage for your business, then this workshop is for you!
Participants will practice some basic mindfulness exercises and how they can be used strategically to manage your burnout, boost your productivity, and close more deals. After the workshop, participants will be invited to use the 8 Bit Cortex app to track their own mindfulness and see if, in fact, does promote these outcomes as an exercise in evidence-based decision making.
